They have, as of the last 4 visits, gave me cold or lukewarm fries. I've had to reenter the drive thru line just to get hot fries. They also cause me to lose my mobile app code. They took my code number but when I get to the window they don't have it and get an attitude when I call them on it. The customer service is PATHETIC!! If you want good service, check out the one up the street next to the Olive Garden. Avoid the Kroger market location at all cost. They will screw up your mobile app code, give you cold food and give you an attitude! I'm done with them!
