When I arrive to the drive-up window I was informed that my order would be additional 20 minutes. So I waited in the parking lot as instructed and was told my order would be walked out to me. 40 minutes later my order was not walked out to me, so I drove back to the window and received my order at no cost. After observing the condition of the order I returned it and was not interested in consuming it. Especially after witnessing an employee vaping inside of the store. So I was pretty turned off from that. I notified the manager that her employee was vaping inside the store and possibly contaminating all the food and exposing all the people inside that building to any type of secondhand transmission (covid, cold/flu) exposure from the vapors. I typically would never even waste my time with writing a extensive review . Especially over a subpar Pizza chain, but I think it's warranted to tell the community about my experience.
