  This place absolutely sucks. Takes forever to order and everyone working is super low drag and unmotivated. I waited 20 minutes for my order and there was literally nobody else there

  The manager and everyone who works here is always so kind. This location is my favorite Dairy Queen location in the city for sure. Update: the morning and afternoon crew are amazing. Though I constantly have issues with the night crew and the orders I place sadly.

  I truly thank God for the people he blessed me to come into contact with the day my daughter and I went through the drive thru. Stressing out about the amount of money I'd be out of to get my car fixed, an employee asked me to pull into a parking space to wait for my food and to give my smoking car a chance to cool down. She informed an employee named J.J. (who just so happened to know a thing or two about cars) that I was having car trouble, and he immediately ran out and asked me to pop the hood. He then ran back into the store to grab a toolbox and was able to fix the problem then and there. One hose that needed to be tightened would've cost much more than I had because I know a mechanic would've tried to charge me to replace both the coolant expansion tank and the hose; and for labor. So, thank you Dairy Queen for great food, exceptional customer service, and saving me money. You're a lifesaver!

  Ordered a 6 piece chicken basket and a milkshake. Milkshake was fine, the problem arose out of the chicken basket: It is to my knowledge that in a chicken basket; regardless of its size you are to receive: your specified amount of chicken, two pieces of toast, a handful of fries, and dipping sauce of choice. To my HORROR, I received: three chicken pieces, 0 pieces of toast, and my dipping sauce of choice. Normally I don't write reviews, but it didn't seem busy in the slightest so there was no excuse to get this seemingly simple order incorrect. Very disappointing 6/10 experience.
