Both of my taco shells were broken into pieces. I asked for red sauce, and spicy ranch, there was none. The employees don't come to the counter when you have a doordash delivery. The women have attitudes and are rude! I'll drive further from home to get tacos from now on. Horrible place.
- ZZZunkFeb 16, 20261.0I go to this Taco Bell all the time. The only issue I ever have is the long wait time which I understand and don't mind. But tonight was different. They very recently added the AI drive through which is immediately a terrible sign. But when we pulled up the window there were two staff members I've never seen before who were incredibly rude. We had multiple people in the car and had two different mobile orders which seemed to confuse and upset the staff, saying we should have come in to the store and not the drive thru. The thing is I've done this dozens of times with no issue at this location. When we got to the window the guy there asked us about an item we didn't order and when were confused he snapped at us about what he claimed was on the order. We even double checked our order to see we were right. What could have been an easy misunderstanding left us feeling off because of his attitude. Really he just seemed like he was trying to rush us out of the drive through as fast he could despite there being no line and several hours before close, at around 11:15. The staff here is normally great and I recognize a lot of them when I come through. But these two were different.
