    Precision order 2 route 44 drinks and checked in. Sit for 30 minutes waiting. No drinks. Pushed the red button still no response. Went to the door and no one would even answer. Finally someone came out but they did know why we did not get our drinks and could no give a refund. We never got our drinks and they did not give a refund. Terrible service

    I'm done with this place. I loved sonic growing up so I keep trying this one and I dont know why I expect it to be a pleasant experience. My tots have never been cooked properly, always over cooked and tasting of dirty fry oil. I've never had speedy service, drive through or parking. It's chronicly understaffed. I doubt they pay their staff a living wage because they all seem miserable and shuffle around. I just waited a half hour for them to correct my order... what was the correction? They forgot to give me my drink. How did I miss that in the drive thru you may wonder... the fella at the window tried to give me very worng change and I was trying to figure out mathmatically what denomination he thought I handed him. By the way there isn't one that I could come up with so take from that what you will. Once I finally got someone to answer the call button, I explained that I wasn't given my drink, he brought me the wrong drink though I had corrected him already on what I had ordered. Sounds like someone else left without their drink as well. I wish there was another location in the metro area, since there isn't I'm done.

    Went today on Sunday since we saw one car in line (expected quick service). Boy was I wrong! Ordered 3 slushies, 4 pretzels, get home all pretzels had zero salt on them. The dude at the drive thru didn’t even take our order until the ONE car in line was done and given their food. Two younger guys working and a female who was loud and obnoxious inside talking about how she wanted to go smoke a cigarette. The one younger kid working the drive thru I could tell he was irritated because both of them weren’t helping and he said she just went out to smoke. What a joke. Didn’t greet me or anything just told me my total. Waited 30 mins. Don’t waste your time I will never be back.

    Pulled in at 12:25 looked at the menu and push the button at 12:30 to order. At 12:47 I left out the spot and went to the drive thru and after no response at that either. I got so annoyed I left. It's absolutely ridiculous to not even answer someone for 15 minutes or not at all in drive thru. No excuse for treating people like they mean nothing and you're job literally depends on serving them. If you don't like your job then quit and find people actually willing to do the job. Because not one person that worked Sunday March 22 2026 deserves to keep a job at this location.

    I stopped at Sonic after already having a horrible day and just wanted to grab some food and go home. Unfortunately, the experience made things even worse. I tried entering my stall number three different times on the app and had to keep reparking because none of them worked. After finally getting the stall number to go through, I sat there for 20 minutes and was completely ignored. I even called the store and still got no help. At that point I had no choice but to go through the drive-thru, which ended up taking another 20 minutes. I sat at the speaker for about 10 minutes just waiting for someone to greet me before finally giving up and pulling forward. When a worker finally came to the window, he opened the door with a clear attitude and looked annoyed like I had ruined his day just by being there. He handed me my food, which was already lukewarm, and didn’t greet me, apologize for the wait, or even say goodbye. I’ve worked in the fast food industry for years, so I understand how frustrating and busy it can get, and I genuinely tried to be patient and understanding, but that level of service is just disrespectful. If you need workers that actually want to be there, let me know lol.
