  I am rating only my last visit@ the Broadview location.I usually buy pizza on Saturdays, and have had great service, especially when serviced by the female manager with blondish hair(sorry I can't remember name). This time I ordered during the week, on a Friday evening(4/3/26 @8:30-ish), and I'm assuming the quality changes with the employees. I know that most companies train their employees to hold to a certain standard so that things will be consistent throughout multiple locations, especially in the food industry. I'm hoping the lack is not in the training but someone's lack of motivation at work (laziness). They came out with these sandwiches that looked delicious on the advertisement, so I decided to get a couple since my kids were extra hungry. They cost $9.99 regularly, but there was a special for $7.99, not cheap but I figured comparable to Panera's size and price being similar it would be fine. However, am Really! disappointed as to how much filling is on them. Just barely enough to cover the bread, and even with that there's empty spots. Please, if you're going to charge so much for your food at least deliver what is shown on your advertising! Tired of having to argue over orders. Also, ordered a pepperoni and a cheese pizza, see if you can tell which one is which! They ARE two different pizzas.

  Not even fresh the quality has gone downhill since 2012 thought I would give them a try again but it still not very good

  Ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza- they put no cheese on it- thought I made a mistake but I looked at the receipt it and there was not a thing mentioning no cheese- they also shoved a garlic sauce into my pizza for some reason???

  Does this picture look like cheese or Tuscan 6 cheese? I’ve gotten Tuscan many times this is now the second time they are passing off a plain cheese for Tuscan 6 cheese completely unhappy the guy offered to remake it I declined make the order that people order very simple gonna be a while before I order here again
