  i ordered extra sauce because they never put enough on, and this is what i get. i pay extra for that sauce to barely get any. i ordered a spicy mccrispy because i want it to be spicy.

  order takers take forever & had 4 cars pass me in ordering in the other lane even though i was here first because the girl on the headset for my lane was just silent.

  I feel like I can no longer order delievery from this location period. Just got a refund from this place because somehow this happened. I would get it if I messed up, and forgot to check the box for delivery, but I checked to make sure this wasn't on me. I understand shit happens, but i feel like it is more work to put in someones entire order as no pickles, and then putting the pickles in the order anyway? It's confusing me more than anything.

  Took my code for 2$ latte than tried told me its broken and can only give me an iced coffee for 2$ when those cost only 1$ with the code. Wouldn't sell me the cheaper option for the cheaper price, asked to talk to the manager and she still tried to charge me 2$ for a coffee that should have cost 1$. Said I can go to another McDonalds and used my code there, tried to do so but they snatched my code and it wouldn't work anymore. These stupid codes suck so bad, back in my day items cost a certain amount and you could go there and get them for that price. Now u have to fiddle with your phone and jump through a bunch of hoops just to get screwed in the end....

  Ordered through the drive through and couldn’t review my order on the screen because it was broken. Repeated my order two times and another time at the window. They messed up my order forgetting to charge me for 2 items even after the cashier confirmed he had it. The woman that then handed me my order told me to get back in line if I wanted the rest of my order. Terrible customer service and the workers looked miserable and it shows
