  Gave me a mostly raw 1/4 patty. Then had to pretty much force a refund. They told me they would remake the food. Or give me big Mac vouchers. If a raw piece of quarter meat was pulled off the grill and put into the cabinet. You should probably think about cross contamination in your kitchen.

  This place will mess up EVERY SINGLE ORDER you make! They will also forget the milkshakes they promised you on your second doordash order after forgetting your sons big Mac!

  This McDonald's won't by far the worst service and training I have never ever experienced in my mc visits a worst service than this. Bad. Very bad. Not even going to waist my time explaining what happened. Bad.

  Came here for a shamrock shake. It was good but had to knock off a few stars because my wife asked me for a divorce on the car ride home. The mccrispy strips were also tasty, so overall a pretty solid afternoon. Employee Zach was very pleasant and cheerful.

  Only McDonald’s in NE Ohio to charge you full price for a drink- but only fill it up 60% of the way. When you ask; they tell you it’s automatic. It’s only consistent in the morning for breakfast. The evening manager is rude, unapproachable and unhelpful when the immature teenagers they hire can’t properly fill the order. When you get your food, the nuggets will be dry, fries soggy, and half a drink? In this economy? No thanks. Do better, stop serving old, dry hard, inedible food- when you wait 15-20 mins in line anyone would think it’s because they’re cooking the food? Not at this location.
