- SSSean Snyder3 days ago1.0Came here on 11/20. I was double charged on a spicy chicken sandwich meal. They didn't confirm my order before swiping my card. They then said I couldn't get a refund and I'd have to come back in the morning to talk to the GM. They couldn't refund me. Fries were cold. Buns were stale. I'm still out money because I can't come back to deal with this during mornings. I work. Thanks guys

I ordered 3 cheese burgers with nothing but cheese and meat. I got one burger with everything on it, and 2 chicken sandwiches. The 4 pc nugget I ordered only had 3. I was missing a fry and the ones I did get were super old and hard.
