There is absolutely no point in having this Taco Bell be in business anymore. Can’t get good people to work for you then do not stay open. The worst Taco Bell in the Cleveland area.

I was honestly completely shocked, I understand that it was closing time but there is no reason to act that way. Weird always it takes forever to get your food and if you ever had an emergency you could not get out of that line. I feel that a hazard. One time I seen some have to run over the curb and run the bushes down because there kid was sick. They could not get out of the line.
