  They really need to hire more staff or get a whole new crew because this place is beyond slow. I'll go to the brookpark road location going forward because waiting 30 minutes in the drive through every time is ridiculous.

  I came here to get lunch today after church and the service was not half bad. The picture enclosed is the receipt of my order, which after I ordered it at the kiosk, the staff worked diligently to get it right. They even made sure that my nacho fries were fresh made. The only reason that I am giving this review 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 is because of some of the way that other patrons were gawking at me when I was inside the restaurant placing my order. While the service was great and the order was correct, the other patrons made me feel uncomfortable, as if I was under surveillance by law enforcement but committed no crime.

  Ordered on the Taco Bell app at 4:10pm, order was accepted, notified it was ready, showed up at 4:30pm and the store was closed at 4pm for retiling. But the app was still taking and accepting orders so the online orders need to be turned off when the store is not open. I have reached out to the store and app support multiple times and no one can resolve this and support isn’t reaching back out after multiple days later. So still no refund. So not only is the wait/line horrendous usually, the food is wrong half the time, and they also won’t resolve their system issues.

  We day in the drive through for 45 min with 4 cats ahead of us. We would have left but the drive through was single lane and there were cars behind us. When we finally got to the window I asked what the delay was. The person said they were short staffed, they normally have 3 people but there were only two. 😒

  Half a dozen orders from this taco bell over the last 2 years and not a single one has been right. Wrong drinks, missing items, additions or removals not followed. you will not wait less than 20 minutes no matter the size of the line. This is obviously due to a bad manager who hires bad workers. this store is systemically dysfunctional. I dont review fast food places and only give bad reviews if it was actually bad and this taco bell is genuinely not functional.
