First off when I was ordering my meal I asked for an enchilada burrito with no red sauce but I wanted to add avocado ranch. I was rudely told I couldn't just substitute sauces like that. I informed her that I understood adding that sauce would be an upcharge - thankfully after that she let me continue with my order. I had ordered that as well as two grilled cheese burritos. As I was driving away from the screen I noticed they didn't put both the burritos I asked for on the order, so before they swiped my card at the window I asked if there was 2 burritos or just one, and was told it was just one. Then the pink haired cashier at the window turned her back towards me and started complaining to her co-workers on the line about me needing an extra burrito. I was never asked if I wanted sauce and the woman shut the window on my face while I was talking to her. I'm sorry y'all didn't hear me the first time. I even said I was sorry for asking for the burrito at the window in the first place (which I shouldn't have to considering I asked for it at the drive thru) but was still treated like I caused a huge inconvenience. 2nd time coming here in 6 months, and it will be my last.
