  Picked up my tacos and everything fell out. They weren't wrapped. Ordered one of the grillers, burnt on both sides, and completely smashed. Both of my taco shells were broken into pieces. I asked for red sauce, and spicy ranch, there was none. The employees don't come to the counter when you have a doordash delivery. The women have attitudes and are rude! I'll drive further from home to get tacos from now on. Horrible place.

  Wish I could give this place 0 stars. No attentiveness shown whatsoever. Not for customers or dashers. No greeting, no asking customers if they need help or anything. Pathetic excuse for a restaurant and I've worked in many before.

  I will not be returning. The drive thru is now ai, which is a terrible decision. I reversed out of it to go in. Two ordering kiosks on the counter that are both broken. One working kiosk behind me. Waited for like 5 mins at the counter. One person came up to the counter and ignored me. Finally another person came and asked for a name for the order. I said I wanted to place an order. She motioned at the kiosk. I said I don't want to use those and thats why I got out of the drive thru too. She said I cannot place an order with a person. If this is the new norm, I'm done with Taco Bell for good.

  I go to this Taco Bell all the time. The only issue I ever have is the long wait time which I understand and don't mind. But tonight was different. They very recently added the AI drive through which is immediately a terrible sign. But when we pulled up the window there were two staff members I've never seen before who were incredibly rude. We had multiple people in the car and had two different mobile orders which seemed to confuse and upset the staff, saying we should have come in to the store and not the drive thru. The thing is I've done this dozens of times with no issue at this location. When we got to the window the guy there asked us about an item we didn't order and when were confused he snapped at us about what he claimed was on the order. We even double checked our order to see we were right. What could have been an easy misunderstanding left us feeling off because of his attitude. Really he just seemed like he was trying to rush us out of the drive through as fast he could despite there being no line and several hours before close, at around 11:15. The staff here is normally great and I recognize a lot of them when I come through. But these two were different.
