  Pulled in at 11:01 today, pushed button to order. Sat in complete silence for 12 minutes. Was only 2 other cars there and 1 in drive thru. After the 12 minutes I drove to Culver’s for lunch instead.

  We couldn't hear the employee through the speaker. Once we could he got the order wrong 3 times. Finally got our order it was still wrong but we took it anyway.

  If you have time to waste then this is the perfect place. This is my second time coming to this location after a bad experience and safe to say i wont be coming back again. The first time we went up to one of the screens and waited for 30 minutes for our food before giving up and pulling around to the drive through to get our half decent food. This time we went through the drive through and the guy taking orders took 15 minutes to take our order as well as another 20 minutes to give us our drinks (A simple dr pepper and cherry limeade). Multiple cars infront of of gave up and pulled out of the line entirely while others pulling into a parking spot and walked up to the window. Overall terrible service. Would not recommend.

  Waited 40 minutes at stall for 2 slushies as I watched 5 other customers get their food within 5 minutes of ordering. Left because I’m not giving a business that conceders themselves fast food my money after waiting for nearly an hour.

  Order shake online was told to go into the car port and enter my number so I did that and waited and waited so I pulled into the drive thru and then Waited and waited and you can’t go inside if you have any questions. If I hadn’t already paid in the app I would have pulled off but it was special for my daughter. Over 30 min wait for 1 item. I don’t see how delivery drivers do this!!! On top of that they were rude. Terrible customer service!!!!
