    Ordered a bagel…asked for butter paid for my order and then decided I needed cream cheese. Employee said she didn’t add cream cheese so she rolled her eyes and I just said I would pay for the cream cheese which was almost an extra $2. Then proceeded to tell me cream cheese hasn’t been free for a thousand years. Then said she didn’t know I wanted cream cheese and that she wasn’t a mind reader. Manager was not helpful. NOBODY had corporates number and NOBODY was nice that we interacted with. Love Panera but not the Parma location and their RUDE employees.

    In these days of shrink-flation you can add Panera cinnamon bagel to the list. My wife stopped on her way home to buy me a treat. When I opened the bag, I couldn’t believe what I saw. What they’re selling today looks nothing like what you would’ve bought a year or two ago and the price of course has gone up. She said she thought she read some where that they no longer make them in store and that bagels are shipped in from some central location. They should ship them back and tell them to try again.
