I order my steak with no seasoning and there was seasoning on it. I do not blame our server she was great. The problem I had was the manger. He did apologize but I felt for the inconvenience he should have taken a least some money for the bill. He was rate there to collect the money. The apology was not sincere. I have another 100 gift card might give it to one my children. Maybe they will have better luck with the service. They did give me another dinner but my husband was finished so I had them box it up.

Everyone got the entrees that they ordered which turned out really good and I was pleased and so was my wife, that the steak she ordered rare, was perfect. Even though the restaurant was busy, our server made sure that we were taken care of, he was amazing! I highly recommend their salmon and rice for how good it turned out! Highly recommend coming to this Outback Steakhouse location.

Even if they didn't forget my extra au jus, it wouldn't have helped this. I'm taking my whole bag back tomomorrow and demand a refund. Huge disappointment!!

But what I didn’t like is when we got the check the steaks came out more than what they were advertised makes no sense , I wanted the chimichurri sauce that they didn’t have and told me they were out after they served me my food when I asked if I could have a side because I figured they just forgot is when I got told they didn’t have it was kind of a bummer for that , got charged for that when I didn’t receive it. Still paid for it anyways because I don’t like making a hassle about things ,…. But yeah you guys shouldn’t advertise food as one price and then charge for another 🤦🏻♀️
