The assistant manager, Josh Dignan, did a great job greeting me when I came in and making me feel like a valued customer. He’s a great ambassador for the Jimmy John’s brand! The ladies behind the counter prepared my order efficiently and accurately. I hope all of them get recognized for a job well done! P.S. Enjoyed the clever signage in the RR! 😊
