  I frequent this location as it is the closest to my home and work. The in person experience is subpar at best with inconsistent quality of drinks and impolite employees. The final straw was placing a delivery order this morning in which my matcha was made a coffee, the bacon was half full and under cooked, the hashbrowns were soggy, and the donut I ordered was missing. Employees are human too, I get it and I know mistakes are bound to happen but this is abhorrent.

  Took forever . Waited in drive through. Nobody was even in line. Poor management or slackers working there. Not the first time. Try to stay away from this location.

  I am a loyal Dunkin fanatic. Every time I go to the Dunkin on ridge road by Target it is the worst experience. I order a head on the app for walk-in hoping it would expedite my order, however, every time I walk in there, it says my order is ready... But then I have to wait an additional 25 minutes for someone to actually make it when I say I'm waiting. I don't know what it is with this particular spot. It's been like this ever since it opened and this is my last time going there. Figure your stuff out. Covid's over. Today the coffee was particularly heinous. I love the manager, he is a nice guy. The place is just abysmal.

  I am only giving a 2 stars because the service is slow. Even if you order ahead. Which I always do. I want it to be a quick grab and go, but that is never the case. So just be prepared to wait or give a decent amount of prep time. Food and drinks are exactly what you would expect from Dunkin.

  This place can have a line of just my car, a couple cars or a lot of cars in the drive thru and keep you waiting forever! One person always comes on and asks to take the order while another interjects and says we will be right with you but takes at least 10 minutes getting back to you. Was there today with a huge line and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru just to be told their system went down.We then went to the location on Snow Road where our order literally took 5 minutes through the drive thru with others cars in front and behind us. It appears per the other reviews I have read lots of people have had the same issue. In my experience today this location lost a lot of business as the drive thru was dropping cars like hot potatoes. Management, please work on your drive thru service!
