I called to let them know and they said their machine must be broken, but there was nothing they could do to make it right. Then I went back today and got someone else's order all together. Not gon call n tell them about it this time cuz im sure they won't make this mistake right either. So im just going to find another location to give my business to.

They almost never have their food prepared in the morning. Two weeks ago I ordered a medium Chai and the cup was only half full. Today I ordered a Chai with pumpkin syrup and they gave me a matcha with pumpkin syrup but with the correct sticker on the cup. Like how do you mix those two things up and why would someone want pumpkin in a matcha. There is always an issue at this location and they don't answer the phone when you call. Some better training needs done here or something. I worked at a dunkin and we would have all been fired if we had this many screw ups.
