I placed an order and waited over an hour and a half and the tracker didn’t show it even being made yet. I called and waited on hold for 17 min before I got in my car and drove to the restaurant still on hold. They told me there were still 4 orders ahead of mine. No one is answering the phone. No warning on the app that there is a 2 hour wait. I had them cancel my order and I ordered pizza from another local place. If you can’t meet demand hire more people. If you are not able to hire and retain people you probably aren’t paying them enough. I was a regular customer for years, but not anymore.

I called the store to see what was going on and an employee by the name Credell answered the phone. I attempted to advise him of my situation when he started yelling at me that I wasn't the only order even though I was simply trying to find out about my order. I raised my voice asks to speak to a manager and he hung up on me. I called back attempting to cancel my order and he proceeded to yell again telling me he was the manager and had the audacity to say that I got out of character so he hung up when my yelling was a reaction to his. Completely unprofessional and will not be back to this location. And if they keep taking 3 hours to make pizzas and yell at customers, they will soon be out of business like so many other businesses at that same location before them. If Credell is a manager like he claimed, corporate might want to secret shop this location because I have never met a manager more unprofessional than him.

Finally had to go up to the store and they did not have my order. Had to wait another 25 minutes to get it. Contacted Dominos and they ignored me and will not give me my $4.99 delivery fee back only offered me 50% off.

New time for pickup is 9:40p The food is good, but don't expect fast service. Actually expect your order to be very delayed. If you live near another dominos, youre probably better off with them. This is a reoccurring thing.
