  Ordered a pizza online for 11am pick up. Drove to the store and no lights, no movement, nothing. I know the reviews are bad. But I’ve done this before at the same time and was successful. Domino’s! Pay your employees more and make working for food better!

  I placed a delivery order on Sunday 12/21. I asked that it would be delivered at 4:30pm and placed the order around 2pm and paid with Apple Pay. So around 4pm I checked status on the app and it kept saying they were prepping it. So I checked closer to 4:30 still says prep, then I check at 4:45 shows order was completed but no pizza. I tried calling the store no answer. I must have called 10 times but nobody ever answered. So i paid for 2 pizzas which I never received. I’ll never order from here again. This place used to be great. I’d get a delivery in 20 minutes. I don’t know what happened but now they suck. So now I have to try to get my money back. I tried calling today Monday 12/22 still no answer. I filed a dispute with my credit card. Don’t order from here I know I won’t.

  I recently placed an online order with this location and chose a pickup time more than an hour after submitting my order. The store was listed as open, the order went through without issues, and I received an email confirmation. However, when my husband arrived at the scheduled pickup time, the staff claimed the store was not open—despite three employees being present. The customer service was extremely disappointing. All three employees were rude, but the female manager in particular was especially unprofessional. She said the order would take over an hour to make and insisted they would just cancel it. It was confusing and frustrating since the order system accepted the pickup time and confirmed it. Overall, this was a very poor experience. The lack of communication, refusal to honor an online order, and rude behavior from the staff made it clear that customer service is not a priority at this location.

  Ordered online for a 3pm pick up. When we got to the store the store was close with no sign on the door stating why. And I had already paid for my food so this is a real issue(I've had this issue before and they don't refund you) so we needed to figure this out. I called the store a few times over the next hour to see if they came into work at some point. I got a call back at 4:30 (an hour and a half after our pick up time) telling us that they just opened!?!? Smh. I asked what time they could have my four pizzas done by, They said 5. I show up at 5pm on the dot for my pizzas. The girl at the counter said it would be another 20 minutes. Came back 20 minutes later and it still wasn't ready. Stood there for 10 minutes before I noticed four pizza boxes stacked just sitting there. So I asked "aren't those my pizzas"!?! Finally pizzas in hand just under THREE HOURS LATE. Unacceptable! The employee with braids was beeing real smart with customers who were upset with the long wait times. If this order wasn't already paid for I would have walked out at 5:05(2 hrs after the original pick up time, but 5 minutes after the second pick up time, but also 15 minutes before the quoted third pick up time) Side note- after that kind of wait on pizza it should be damn good. Oooh no. I can assure you that was not the case. The cheese pizza was ordered with extra cheese, but came out with less then the normal amount of cheese. The bbq chicken pizza smelled like vinegar 🤮 and what happened to seasoning the crust. Never again. Don't give this franchise owner your money since they clearly don't care about proving you with decent service or half decent food. The trash can ate great tonight! #failed

  Communication is good, food taste is okay. If I want a good looking pizza then its better to be present at the location while ordering or to remind them over & over the phone how my pizza to look. Pictures show how the wings and toppings needed more attention and cooking time, It probably needed a different sauce. (manager or worker) she was reasonable & gave me $10 credit for next time! For all Domino’s: I would like my order to look almost exactly like the one in the adv Pic you posted or remove it from your add if you can't make it!! If there was just a law against spam food pictures some restaurants post for the public.
