  It’s 515 I placed my order online. The store is completely empty. I got to the store at 5:20. He said you’re 10 minutes early So apparently they can’t make your food when I put the earliest time they’re not even busy and they won’t give you my order until 520

  Consistently rude and unprofessional staff. There are a few that care but can only do so much. My order was supposed to be ready when I arrived. I sat there for 15 minutes before anyone even said anything to me at all only for the manager to come to the window finally and grab my order that had been sitting there the entire time. Even if it actually took that long I can be patient but the lack of respect for the customer is consistently ridiculous. When ive worked similar jobs I would have been embarrassed myself even if I wasn't the problem and at least gave a sincere apology. I got a "sorry shes new" with the window slammed shut by the supposed manager on duty. I knocked and asked the nane of the person who was just so rude and apparently they're not allowed to give out names for accountability at chipotle. Never raised my voice or called them outside of their name. Wild ill honestly be driving the extra 10 minutes from now on

  I go here all the time. Usually when the store manager is on the back line cooking, the food is really good. The customer service from the store manager not so much. You can tell when someone took a job for the money and position rather than taking a job for the passion. It’s usually pretty dirty, food thrown all over the line, today was no exception. The store manager gave me the bottom of the rice, when I asked for extra, he scraped the bottom of the pan to get every last grain. He then proceeded to show me the brand new backup rice on the line, after barely adding enough rice. I gave up on speaking up at this point, because he seems to know right vs. wrong. The rice is always crunchy anyway, so there’s no point to enjoy. They ran out of chicken and my second option, sofritas was dryer than it is supposed to be. Everything looked like it had sat out longer than it should’ve. The food should’ve at least not been served. We need a new store manager at this location. Parmatown will get my money from now on.

  girl at the counter had a bad attitude. was upset that it was busy all day even though there was nobody in line when we arrived….the line then got long because she was taking forever throwing the food together sloppy. we asked for the same thing at least 10 times and then she still didn’t put chips and queso out. She then proceeded to talk badly about us as we were getting forks and was telling her coworker she did not have to serve us because she could not focus on the customer or take accountability for her screw up… extremely rude and disrespectful. workers standing on their phones instead of getting the customers through the line. will not go back.

  3rd time I went there. 3rd full disappointment. There was a long line. The girl with the full yellow blond hair was just roaming at Round while nobody was helping customers. Finally the guy whose job is NoT to start the order started taking orders. White rice was gone. Waited there almost 30 minutes trying to get a simple bowl. Also small servings of everything. Not only meat but everything else. That location needs a serious corporate take over and re- training of staff. Really pathetic.... sad
