    Only 1 guy working his tail off making counter orders. 3 people in back of restaurant casually prepping food or orders not in the lobby. Or just casually walking around. And a woman on takeout order prep. Sad with all these people and little service to be had for lobby clients. At least 5 deep the whole time I waited. Almost walked out twice.

    I placed an order for pickup and while I was waiting for it inside, the brothers of the girl making the order showed up asking for food. She provided them with free chips and guac then when she handed me my order she said they only had one of the two bags of chips (because her brothers were eating the other one) and asked me if that was okay. I said we paid for two and she said I would have to call an 800 number. I looked over at her brothers eating the chips and then she offered to give me kid size chips, which I accepted. The chimichuri sauce was only half full which another gentleman working would not fill up, stating it’s a measured amount, filled in the morning and that I’d have to pay for another (I guess because I don’t have a sister working there?). The quality of the food was good; however, there was about a teaspoon of meat on the burritos. Cheese and sauce were tipped on the side in the bag, leaking. No care in what they do. Haven’t had chipotle in a while and this reminded me why.
