  I’m in this location semi frequently and generally the experience is atleast satisfactory. However after coming in to order 2/11 I’m disappointed to say the least. I was in with a friend who once at register asked if he could also have a large cup of rice. The associate at register, Mill, was extremely polite and helpful despite the gentleman working beside her, Rafik, being generally unpleasant. When my friend ordered extra rice and Mill asked Rafik to get it he had an attitude and made a comment about “what would you do if I wasn’t here.” I understand people have bad days and stores being busy gets stressful but to go to the extent of being so impolite and difficult to a coworker that customers are taking notice of it isn’t okay. I feel bad for people who are relying on members of their team to pull their own weight and let with disrespect. When attempting to call the store today to speak to a member of management the automated system would not direct me to speak to an associate, making it even more difficult for team leaders to receive feedback on their associates performance only continues to reflect poorly on Chipotle as a company and I acknowledge that this specific issue is not the fault of any employees on a store level. I do not want compensation or free food, that’s not what I’m after. I’d like for management in this location to understand how their associates are treating customers and coworkers, it makes the experience uncomfortable and uninviting for customers.

  Came in around 8:50 too get dinner. No one greeted us when we walked in not a big deal. We walked up too the line too order our food. The food line was disgusting, there was dried old food on the outside of the containers and all over the counter. The back grill was covered in old food, their prep table also had old food all over it. We left without ordering as it was gross all the food on the line looked old and crusty. They definitely need to check on what night crew is doing.

  I didn’t purchase anything because when I walked into the establishment on 01/22/26 around 8:30 p.m., the kitchen and food prep area looked so poorly maintained that I immediately left. Food canisters were stacked everywhere, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The manager clearly needs more training, and I doubt corporate would approve of the conditions I saw. Honestly, it makes sense why you can’t find a Chipotle in the Cleveland area rated above a 3.6.

  I work out 4 days a week, i come and i get a Triple protein bowl with a Guacamole side 4 times a week, thats $320 a month Ive been coming since March 2025 since i moved to parma. I came on Sunday, i guy with Mr Miagi beard scooped my chicken like hes spending his 401k, i asked for someone else to make my bowl, he grabbed the bowl and violently threw it in the trash. I Didnt say a word, and I walked out. Came today for another shot, same experience also walked out and ill never be back.

  The number of times my mobile orders have been botched at this location is ridiculous. I've never had this happen at any other location. Do not do mobile orders here unless you want your meal to be a complete surprise.
