I told the lady at the drive-through and then I went up to the side and they said they were making it fresh so I asked her please don’t forget the berry sauce then a boy came out with looked like a manager and I told her is the berry sauce in the bag and she said yes well I look in the bag and sure enough it wasn’t. I had to turn all the way around in a gas station and come back and get my sauce. I said it three times for crying out loud to three different people!!! Very unprofessional!! I am a manager in the food industry. This is unacceptable. How many people do you have to tell to get a packet of sauce? I’ll be going to a different Arby’s from now on. Not that hard..

- ECEmie CaliSep 29, 20251.0The atmosphere was extremely unpleasant, yesterday evening , a group of delinquents visited that establishment and harassed myself and children and part of the staff, and an American Veteran by being rude, disrespectful and disruptive and almost to a point of damaging the soda dispenser. I was also further appalled that one of the employee a black corpulent female wearing an orange shirt with long braids give us crap for calling the police on these kids as she looked at us with an attitude. Her demeanor was less than desirable and is questionable. I presume she knows these individuals personally and she must be looked into.” Why were cops called, no reason for people to call the cops.” She said this to her female boss as she looked at us as though we were the culprits. It seems she doesn’t care about the place of her employment, boss, or property.
