    When I gave them my order, I specifically said I wanted berry sauce for my Jalapeño poppers. I told the lady at the drive-through and then I went up to the side and they said they were making it fresh so I asked her please don’t forget the berry sauce then a boy came out with looked like a manager and I told her is the berry sauce in the bag and she said yes well I look in the bag and sure enough it wasn’t. I had to turn all the way around in a gas station and come back and get my sauce. I said it three times for crying out loud to three different people!!! Very unprofessional!! I am a manager in the food industry. This is unacceptable. How many people do you have to tell to get a packet of sauce? I’ll be going to a different Arby’s from now on. Not that hard..
