  When this place was initially opened, it blew Dunkin, Starbucks, etc. out of thee water with the service and speed. Now you’re lucky if you can get out of there in 20 min or less. This place is atrocious in terms of customer service and overall service. How are you paying 12 people to be on a shift, and no one is taking orders until they show up to the window. On top of this, you can’t even get out of line, so you’re stuck dealing with this trash service. It’s clear the owners don’t care, because there are multiple reviews similar to this one and nothing has changed.

  I pulled into the lines with three other cars at the same time the young lady serviced both cars in front of me then skipped me to go to someone who had just pulled in even the person behind me she clearly looked at me and didn’t even come to my car. I asked the young lady how does taking orders go she said she supposed to zig zag and she never came to my car .serviced everybody except me the person of color.

  Tahara was amazing, I was sitting passenger seat and wasn’t looking directly at her, but could hear her expressions which is very rare, and I could tell from first conversation between her and my wife, that her personality was exploding with positivity. I got an extremely positive and upbeat feeling from listening to her and my wife talk about our order, which is very rare!

  Had a coupon, tried out their "creme brulee" holiday coffee. At the new location that just opened near me. Employee seemed bored and grumpy. Long line, coffee took forever, drive thru system totally made no sense. And whoever designed my drink had no clue what a creme brulee is. Tasted like a Subpar Carmel macchiato. What creme brulee is made with marshmallow Carmel and vanilla???? This was my first and probably last/only experience with 7brew. Should be called 7Booo

  I go to 7 Brew DAILY. It is ridiculous how much I spend on my 7Brew addiction every week. This is the worst Cleveland area location. The line always take forever. Probably because of all of the remakes they have to do. I ordered a large hot breve, was given a cup half full of FOAM. It's called a foam spoon. USE THEM. NO ONE WANTS A CUP OF FOAM!!!!! They also measured my shots out of a communal cup of shots that had been brewed and sitting for lord knows how long. By the time they made it into my drink it was bitter as hell. The whole staff needs to be replaced with the exception of a few. I will NEVER be back to this location. I've given them 3 tries and never again. I go to the Pearl Rd, Middleburg, and Pleasant Valley locations only. They actually know what they're doing there. They have been open for too long to still be having these issues. I drove to the Parma Heights location to have them remake my drink the right way. It's a shame I had to waste my time and gas.
