I don’t know what’s happened but for the past month or so my drink order has been messed up or wrong almost every single time. This is the exact reason I stopped going to Dunkin. Hopefully something changes soon.

And I ordered a large macchiato and I’m pretty sure this is a medium

I haven’t had a bad interaction yet, and I don’t anticipate one. My drinks are perfect and consistently delicious every single time. In fact, this might be the first chain coffee place who gets it consistently delicious every time! I don’t leave reviews often, but wanted to leave a review for this place because as someone who also works in an environment where customer opinions matter, this place deserves it. They’ve got a really good crew here! And the line, even if it’s a bit lengthy, is never a long wait! I hope they’re shown the praise they deserve. 👏🏼 I like their coffee so much, I go out of my way to come here for coffee, and then go to another place just for food (since they just serve drinks here). Keep up the good work crew! 10/10! 😁👍🏼
