  I’m sure this was an off day, being daylight savings time and we are all tired. I stopped to get an iced earl grey with cold foam and was given a cup of ice water with a bag of tea topped with foam. Half an hour later and it was still just milky sugar water. I think this is just the case of someone not knowing how to make iced tea but it sure was a waste of money.

  In the past 7 months this location has gone downhill, all the new employees seem to not know what they are doing, no one is ever texting down the lines. The reason the lines are so long is not because they are busy, it’s because the people have been stuck in them for 30+ minutes. I used to come and be out in 3-5 minutes max with long lines now there’s 4 people in line and I know I will have to wait atleast 20 min. The employees also do not know how much flavor each drink gets anymore, everytime I come the drink is different they are not consistent at all. Couple months ago everyday I came my drink would come out the same I’m done with this location.

  Went there at 9:23pm. 3 girls working, sat in front of the glass as normal, but no service. Had all of them look at us a few times, but still no service. My family and I were completely lost for the 3 minutes we sat there. Open sign on, almost 1.5 hours before close, and 3 working inside. Not sure how to fix this. If you don't want to work, just turn off all the lights.

  I love going to 7brew but I just went right now and got 2 drinks a medium and 1 large insulated was going to use my free drink for the large one and they told me I had no free drinks but I was on the app earlier today and it said I had 2 free drinks check it in line when I was told I had none and then it showed 0 free drinks I don't know how it goes to showing me 2 free drink earlier in the day then 0 when I didn't use them
