This morning the drink came out and was totally not how I had ordered my drink had tons of caramel I was assured it was sugar free I am a diabetic and my sugar spiked to over 300 and I only drank maybe a fourth of it due to my concern. I have told this to management before but obviuosly falls on deaf ears.

Recently over the past couple months, things have gone downhill. Drinks incorrectly made, employees not knowing what’s in a drink, lackluster customer service, and slow wait times up to 20 minutes. The employees just don’t seem happy working here anymore.
