- LLlakai661004 days ago1.0Terrible customer service. If you're ordering something through the drive-thru they act like you're bothering them and once you get to the window, They barely acknowledge you. They're too busy laughing and joking with their friends to even say hello or here you go when they're handing you stuff. They just hand you your stuff without even looking at you because they're too busy talking with their friends. Will not be back here. And the price of the food is to astronomical compared to the other dunkins.
- TGTammy GreggMar 17, 20262.0Had a gift card do I went to get breakfast. It was horrible. The bagel was burnt and the egg was like cardboard. A few days later we tried their new refreshers. I was not refreshed. Only nauseated. The best thing I can say is that the drive thru people were nice.
