How is the line issue allowed to happen when we all know it goes on? I come here often and was skipped by multiple vehicles once again today. I pulled in and the worker signaled for me and the car in front of me to go over into the other lane. By the time the other worker came around to take orders other cars had pulled into the other lane we were just directed out of. So they started with that car which came after me and the car in front of me. Then they did the car in front of me. Then they did another car that arrived even later and then me. This is absolutely unacceptable, it’s a line, one of the oldest rules in civilized society. Last time they took a car of 4 people before me when I was skipped and I was in a hurry to get to work. I almost left today and I will leave in the future. You used to pay attention to order and now you have gotten lazy. This is driving your customers crazy and is absolutely unacceptable and bad for business. I wonder how many people don’t even complain and just never come back. I can’t believe I have to tell you something so simple. Your customers time matters more than your convenience.

This used to be a great place to get drinks. Highly efficient and happy staff.
I used to take orders from cars that were in line throughout the line. Then when you got to the front of the line your drinks were ready for you
Within the last month they now only take orders from the first car in line and wait until they have their drinks before they take the orders from anybody else.
Actually wayless efficient van Duncan or any place else that has a dedicated location to place your order and a separate one to pick up your order.

Asked for very light ice and was given a cup completely filled with ice, and when I asked about it I was explained about their "light ice policy" where they apparently don't do light ice unless I want less coffee. Very sassy explanation that didn't make much sense as she fumbled through. They didn't explain it to me until after I asked for very light ice, and paid. Atleast give me a heads up before you hand me a coffee the opposite of what I asked for and look surprised when I'm not happy to get a $5.25 cup of ice with a splash of coffee

My daughter loves 7 Brew so I thought I would give them a try. So I wanted a milkshake and got a lime milkshake. It tasted like lime flavor, which was good, milky, which was also good. Then there were chunks of ice??? Ice in a milkshake?? I thought it would be icecream, lime, and milk or cream, but not ice.

Only come maybe once a month but I always am shocked at how much ice they put in their cold brew. Even starbucks isn't this stingy with their coffee. No reason the entire cup should be filled with ice top to bottom and I have to fight the ice just to put the straw in.
