Hello, good evening, my name is Louis. I went tonight and a black-haired girl with glasses gave me a horrible time apart from the fact that she was on her phone, I was a cashier at a McDonald's in Texas and the supervisors always told me that I always had to have
A good attitude with the client so that they feel comfortable, that girl did the opposite I went between 1am and she treated me horrible I don't know how they have people working like that, if that girl doesn't like her job that I should look for another, I was talking to her on the drive and I asked her some questions about the combos when she didn't answer me and the only thing she said is I don't know, or what else do you want when I was asking her something about food and she didn't even answer me disgusting staff🤢🤢🤢 the girl had glasses and black hair, AND IF YOU ARE READING IT I HOPE THEY NEVER TREAT YOU AS YOU TREATED ME AND NEVER MAKE YOU FEEL UNPLEASANT AND I HOPE THE SUPERVISOR DOES SOMETHING, Thank you.

So, I ordered 2 Daily Double burgers. I ordred them because they're supposed to come with tomato and lettuce. Well, when I recieved them not only did they forget the tomatoes and lettuce, they also forgot the pickles I had added.
I contacted the store and spoke with someone named Alex and was met with hostility. I told her that my daily doubles did not have the lettuce and tomato and she said "Sometimes people make mistakes."I responded with "On both of my daily doubles?" And she got increasingly more angry and said "Yes, we're human just like you. We make mistakes." And I asked her if they maybe changed the ingredients because this happens quite frequently. And this was her exact wording "I don't care about your burgers" and then she hung up.
I am very upset. If I would've known that they weren't going to come with the toppings they're supposed to come with, I wouldn't have ordered them. I paid more because I decided against a meal deal just so I could order daily doubles.
And further more, I am very upset with how I was treated. She's supposed to at least act like she cares about my burgers since she works there. I also wasn't met with any type of fixing. They didn't offer to replace them or give me the toppings on the side, just nothing. And I tried to call back after she hung up on me to speak with a manager, someone picked up and just sat on the phone dead silent. I could hear the background noise, machines beeping and everything. Just blatantly ignoring me.
Maybe she was having a hard night but it's not an excuse for treating someone in ANY environment that type of way. It was rude and honestly, maybe she's not equipped to be working in fast food if she can't handle high stress environments.
I am very sad.
Honestly slow store n mess up orders bad. Order 4 things n get 6 items. Service is bad nobody greets u or even helps u. Picking up DoorDash u stand for 20 min hoping u get the right order n stuff but always get complaints from customers

I ordered an iced coffee with extra cream and extra liquid sugar and received something that was nearly black.
I also ordered McChickens with two patties per sandwich and added cheese, items I paid extra for, and the order wasn’t made correctly.
Instead of correcting the mistake, I was refunded $20 and asked to leave rather than having the order remade.
As someone who currently works in food service, and customer satisfaction. I was disappointed to see the situation handled that way.
Mistakes happen, it’s how they’re handled that matters.
That being said, kudos to the sisters in there holding that place down. Second and third shift staff have consistently been better in my experience and seem to genuinely care about getting orders right.
THEY are the reason this isn’t a 1-star review.
I just hope management focuses more on resolving issues instead of escalating them.
So I visit my local McDonald's probably about 3-4x a week before I head into work...the gentleman who takes my order every time is amazing, Wonderful attitude he definitely deserves a raise.. however the the young girl who works the second window as a horrible attitude and has messed with my mocha frappe the last 2 x I've been there. The other day I could taste caramel in my drink ..This morning she actually put it all over my drink.. I caught the mistake this time and brought it to her knowledge.. So I was asked to pull over and she would bring me out a new one... I got the same exact drink they just wiped the whipped cream with the caramel off and put new cream and chocolate on top... At the end of the day all I want to know is why do think it's ok to mess with people's drink/ food especially when I spend about $8 a day if not more.. My opinion she needs to find another job preferably one that doesn't consist of you being in customer service...
And on another note no one is answering the phone as well for me to evenput in my complaint.. You guys make way to much money to be playing with people..
If you don't like your job quit plenty of people out there that would love to replace you
