  Waited 30 minutes at the drive through, then another 10 minutes while they got my order together. When given my order I asked it it was all in the one bag and was told "yes". I left....BIG MISTAKE. Got home and 3 items were missing. Got in the car to go back to get missing items and called while driving only to be told I had to bring my entire order back and they would make a replacement. Now I had to drive back home again to get it. In essence, they were calling me a liar! I was beyond angry and was not nice on the phone. They tell me they won't replace my order if I continue to talk to them with anger. I returned and chose to ask for a refund of which they complied. I really was not nice and for that I feel bad but they seem to think to say "everyone makes mistakes" is acceptable. They did keep calm and I would not have continued to be so angry if they would have just apologized and offer some kind of service recovery but they don't apparently know that they needed to accept responsibility nor realize I felt like I was being called a liar. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND I WOULD DISCOURAGE ANYONE ELSE FROM PATRONIZING THIS LOCATION.

  Looks very nice on the outside, maybe a newer Taco Bell. Quick, clean, decently fast.

  I'd be damned if this isn't the best Taco Bell in America. The food is always fast, hot, and fully loaded. Staff is nice and always ready to help you out. The interior is clean as a whistle. Whenever I drive through the area I think about stopping (even if I already ate). Seriously, the best Taco Bell I've had. I could not recommend this location enough. A beyond easy 10/10.

  If you call and mention your food is not correct, they will tell you that YOU are wrong. Rude managers. Apparently the attached photo is a "chili cheese burrito" even though it is just a scoop of meat with red sauce. Because "that's how they make their chili"
