I pulled up to the window after my estimated time had passed and was told it was just now going in the oven, please park for 20 minutes then come back around. I had no issue with that, it was a busy night, perhaps short staffed, it happens. Twenty minutes later, I get back in line and the vehicle at the window is never asked to move like others were. Another 10 minutes passed with no movement in the pick up line and, when I checked the website it said my pizza was done. I pulled out of line, which was now three or four cars behind me deep, along with the two in front, to walk in to pick up my order. There was not a single parking place available for me to do so. At this point, I left. It was going to take at least another 20 minutes waiting in the drive through line or circling to get a parking spot. I have contacted the company TWICE and both times I was told I would hear back within three business days. I have yet to hear back.

If your times aren’t right then update your app. I asked if I could cancel the order and was told yes they could cancel but we wouldn’t get a refund. Why would I cancel and let them keep my money? Also, a sorry goes a long way. No sorry either. Awful establishment and service.
