When I received my meal and opened it up, the fries were harder than chips, my cheeseburgers had 1 pickle, no mustard, and no onions. I went back to get a refund and the customer service was awful. The lady was very rude and said she couldn't give me a refund unless I gave my drink back too which is actually a health code violation. My boyfriend heard the employees in the back talking about us too. Will never be going back there again. We went to the sister store on mentor ave and it was way better customer service.
