  No one taking orders inside at register waiting 20 mins for breakfast sandwich is crazy and got the nerve to not have any eggs no stars y’all need to do better

  Okay i feel bad for writing this but, its long over due. This is based on umpteen visits over the years and I even boycott both painesville stores for over a year and just recently have stopped in a few times. Lo and behold, nothings changed hence im writing this. My order is pretty basic, filet o fish meal and dbl cheeseburger w extra onion and a coke. Fries have never not been stale and/or undersalted, filet is never fresh, bun nor filet. Now the burger, for god sake dont even bother w special requests like extra onion, ive literally resorted to telling them I want it drowning in onion and still, no more than 20 little specs of onion.... So here I am now, back to boycotting like before, driving 10 plus minutes to either heisley or the rt 20 mentor location even though im literally 1 minutes away from this painesville one.

  Young man by the name of Brandon (and the coworkers that were with him) deserves a raise for his kindness and customer service. I came to pick up my online later than intended due to circumstances I couldn't control. Without having to say anything Brandon was aware my order had taken a while to pick up and maybe was no longer so fresh. So Brandon and his coworkers offered to remake my meal. The kindness stood out to me so much they went above and beyond. Thank you!
