  This dunkin is the worst dunkin donuts around. I swear they are going to poison people. My coffee tasted like chemicals one day bc they used water used to clean the machine!! I was pissed. Couldn't complain bc they never answer their phone. Food is horrible, people are horrible.

  Wife and I got an iced coffee and a signature latte. Both were very bad compared to the quality we get from our usual Dunkin location in Willoughby. Wife said her sandwich was fine. Service inside was not good either. (This was a mobile order pick-up)

  0 STARS.... I ordered a specialty cake for a birthday on line and it was not there for pick-up. Every excuse possible, no calls or email stating that I was not going to get it. Either a refund or pick a generic cake from the freezer, nothing else was offered. If I wanted a cake out of freezer, I would not have placed an order online. I chose a refund but that will not makeup for not having the birthday cake, I would have made other arrangements if they could not fill the order.

  i’m not sure where to start. if there was a way to rate this dunkin zero stars, it would be even lower. Let’s start easy here…. First off, the workers can’t follow a simple order. You ask for carmel in your coffee, you get french vanilla. (this has happened plenty of times) Next, I am not sure why they’re in such a rush. By the time you get up to the window the card reader is already out the window. By that time, you’re putting your card away, and the coffee is already out of the window. There is no welcoming sense there. No one knows how to say hello, have a good day, or is there anything else I can get for you. Very rude and rushed. They also do not know how to give back the correct change, or the change AT ALL? On the other hand, the owner herself is a very rude individual, i’m not really sure how she’s able to own the place. There is quite a bit that needs to be changed. Not a good dunkin to attend.

  This morning 8/12/25 the person working the drive thru window dropped my bag of food on the floor, picked it up, and tried serving it to me. I said I don't want that, it was on the floor. He said it was just the bag and asked if I want it remade and I said yeah. He gave me attitude and went to have it remade. 2 minutes later he practically throws the bag at my face and says have good day. I said I still need my coffee. I check for a straw, didn't have one. So I wait. he sees me at the window, throws his hands in the air and makes a face at me like "what do you want now". I said I need a straw. Give me what I paid for so I can leave! He shook his head at me. Trash customer service, no food safety awareness, and the food quality is always subpar. Not spending another dime at this location.
