Closing at 9 means serving customers til 9 and then cleaning up and going home. Closing at 9 does not mean stop serving customers at 8:50 to start cleaning up so they can leave at 9. It’s just ice cream…not like I went to a restaurant and expected them to fire up the kitchen 10 minutes to closing.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
