My fiancé went in trying to tell them it was the same and I wouldn’t like it and they told her welp there’s nothing we can do about that. I normally don’t write reviews but the past few times I’ve been to dunkin in Oxford they have refused to remake my drink and telling me that there’s nothing wrong with it. Normally I just take the wrong drink but it’s so disappointing. I don’t wanna just suck it up and drink something I don’t like. I even tell them I don’t mind paying extra to fix it and it does nothing. Me and my sister used to come to Dunkin all the time in highschool but it’s so unfortunate that I can no longer go there because they are nothing but rude most of the time.
