  I use to go here all the time and haven't been in a while but you can definitely tell the difference in quality. I ordered from this store twice in a few weeks and the donuts tasted days old. The first time I took one bite and just threw it away. Tried again today and same. I did order through the app when I normally dont. Im not sure if it makes a difference. Normaly they are fresh. Even my coffee didn't taste right and they suck at customer service. It was some Indian guy who im sure is the owner. He was very cold and dry. I don't normally leave reviews but that place sucks now. Put friendly people in the drive through a least. Owners managing their own store is always bad!! They don't even respond to their reviews. So you can tell they clearly just care about making money. They try to pinch pennies by serving days old donuts instead of fresh ones. Ill go to a different store fron now on. The only good thing i can say is it's fast. Hopefully Dunkin sees all the bad reviews and eventually does something because after looking there is a lot and it's a repeat of the same in each bad review.

  Ordered a coffee and donuts get to the window pay receive the donuts customer service was not the greatest. Seemed more like just going through the motions by the time I received the coffee and could pull away I backed up and the white older woman came to the window I explained there wasn’t any Carmel drizzly a simple fix but was met with a poor attitude she explained sarcastically well if you stir it up there won’t be any Carmel. I explained that we didn’t stir it up. She fixed it with an attitude. But I have a simple fix I just won’t come back I use this place to buy donuts for my guys on my shift and get coffee here 3-5 times a week with 3 dozen donuts once a month. I’ll just go to Eastgate from now on.

  The only Dunkin in the entire area that doesn’t have all of the selection of tea, I had to select a different to you, which I am not satisfied with. If you’re gonna have something on the menu, you need to have it in store and they didn’t say oh we’ll have that back. Just said we don’t have that. It did not feel like a welcoming atmosphere. I will never return to this one.

  This is the best place for constantly great coffee and drinks. I go out of the way to go here because I don't have to worry if my drink is good or right.
