This may be the worst wendys in the country. Holy cow the service is slow as dirt, the people are completely checked out, and the food is mediocre even by fast food standards. It’s a disgrace to the community and they should be ashamed.

The workers looked annoyed and didn't want to be there. The manager was the only one that looked peppy and ready to work.
The cashier got our name wrong. They also messed up our order. We ordered a separate small fry and he never entered it on our order. We went up to tell them that they didn't enter it and they gave us a free fry.
We got there about 10:40am on a Saturday. We were an hour away from home and my youngest daughter was starving. Lunch started serving at 10:30am. We figured our food would be hot but it wasn't. Our fries tasted like they were reheated from yesterday. They were given to us cold, flavorless, and stale.
The burgers were also cold with no flavor/ seasoning. I had to put two packets on salt on mine to get a little bit of flavor.
The Frostys were perfect. We got both chocolate and vanilla and they tasted great.
We did not want to take all our food back for the issues we had because we didn't want the workers to get more upset.
It was not a good visit and we will not be going back when we are in that area

Went inside yesterday 8-29-25 because the drive thru was so backed up and no one was inside to be seen. Husband and I stood there talking louder and coughing and clearing our throat for several minutes. Then 3 employees came walking in laughing from outside. I saw at least 4 flies at the counter so I wonder how many are behind the counter. 🤔🫤 Disgusting!! We left the nasty place. Health dept. will be alerted also. The clicks below are for attention to hopefully the right people.
