I've had a handful of issues with being shorted items, so I like to pick it up inside so I can go through my bag to make sure everything is there before going home. Arrived at the store. Dining room was locked. Pulled into the drive thru. The minimal staff rushed us through the drive through as I tried to count my items, and seemed annoyed when we asked to add sauce. Got home and discovered we were shorted an item on our receipt. Service is rushed and inaccurate. I understand running on low staffing levels, but don't rush people through and rip them off. Horrid service, stay away from this one unless it's extremely slow.
