    Waited in line for 12 minutes then got my water……waited another 7 and finally got my food, I should not be waiting in line for almost twenty minutes for cold food, whoever is working at 10:30 today needs to up their game or get a new hobby because working isn’t their strong suit.

    Awful management. Around 8PM today we always do drive thru but must have hit inside pickup. Went thru the drive the threw and were since its an inside pickup it must be done inside. Awful management decision since there is no outside lane and you have to go through the drive through to go back around. Asked for the manager and she was no help and stood by h the rule to go inside. Absolutely no one in line or even inside. Just us. Get home and they labeled the crunch wraps wrong. Both had tomatoes on it and my wife didnt realize hers didnt have the sauce until our son took a bite into his and stated to cry because it was spicy. His was half way gone so I took them back and explained the situation and the guy was laughing at my son crying. Also they had music blaring in the back and the only person helping asked multiple times to turn it down. I know the guy wasnt the manager and he tried to make things right after he realized his laughter was wrong. The manager on the hand, she needs a lot more training.
