  Bad management specially and the line workers always make the drive thru workers do their job of sweeping when they ain’t doing anything but sitting down in the corner by those racks chit chatting with each other while the drive thru worker cleans the floor bad environment and very bad workers

  The management is very bad seen a female sitting in the racks when they weren’t having any order the floors by the drive thru were dirty and not swept or cleaned and she sat down until another order came through and I’m pretty sure that female was distracting the boy from working please get your managers in order

  I ordered on the app. I often swap beef for beans because it was suggested by a dr to avoid beef, pork, and dairy. I ordered a burrito that was on luxe menu that was recommended by the app. I like the crispy strips and decided if I swapped beef for beans then at least I was trying to eat closer to what is suggested. I travel a lot and cannot always afford sit in restaurants for time/money purposes and Taco Bell is affordable and I get free food from the app which helps my expenses. The drive-thru was quick but I got my burrito made incorrectly. I went inside to have it remade and waited a couple minutes and showed my phone so they could see I ordered it with beans instead of beef and no rice. They rang it in to be remade. The person made it a second time with beef. I’m so thankful one gentleman noticed they made it wrong before they handed it to me and remade it the right way. I didn’t even have to ask this gentleman he just noticed as the other side of the line made it incorrect again. No one wants to go in 3+ times for one burrito. I worked at Taco Bell as crew, crew trainer, then shift manager long ago and I know the job isn’t everyone’s cup of tea but if it wasn’t for that guy I would have had to repeat it over 3 times and I have a lot to do. The people are nice and environment seemed clean. It was just the not reading the order correctly multiple times. Thank goodness one guy paid attention - thanks!

  We went here around 4:30 today. Let me just say the young person who took our order and gave us our food was so sweet, enthusiastic, and happy to serve us! Keep up the great work!

  Don’t know what kind of little boys the hiring manager added to their team for working nights but they have no respect. Waited for twenty minutes for my pic up order. I can’t wait for AI robots to fill their shoes!
