The sandwich was a little warmer than room temp which was kind of disappointing and also felt and looked old. The coffee tastes burnt like they had not clean the machine in a while. Overall, this would have been me better if the staff had at least smiled and said thank you. Definitely felt like a number and not a valued customer.

They’re “already closed.” Funny, because the hours say otherwise and the lights are still on. Guess it’s just easier to be lazy than actually do the job you’re paid for. And when they are open, the service is a nightmare — they always forget sauces, leave food out, and can’t even get a basic chicken sandwich right. Every. Single. Time. Maybe McDonald’s should send the crew here back to sandwich-making kindergarten, because clearly the concept is too advanced for them. If you want food that’s actually in the bag and made correctly, do yourself a favor and go to Burger King or literally anywhere else. At least they remember the sauce.
