  I put in an online pick up order 25 minutes before I got there. I got there in the time it said it would be ready and it wasn’t. Sat in my truck for 25 minutes went back in and the guy didn’t even start it. He was just standing there. I asked to just cancel at this point and he said I had to do it on my phone. I couldn’t, so I attempted to call the store after I got home and the phone is disconnected. Now I have to dispute the charge at my bank.

  While waiting for my order I witnessed an employee who was cutting vegetables pushing her hair behind her ears and scratching her nose. Another employee pull up his pants while making food. No one had a hairnet on. The manager was making food when the cashier needed help. She stopped making food and went to the register, was typing on the register without taking her gloves off and went back to making food

  We ordered a nacho to go and got 2 bags of stale chips and a big dip bowl that was more like a Mexican sause soup with very little amount of meat at the bottom which was cold and tasted old like bottom of the pan scrapings. Restaurant was filthy with food all over the lobby floor and dirty tables. Also the pop machine was a mess and squirted water out the side near your hands as you fill your cup. Id never eat here again or recommend it to someone, they should be embarrassed calling this a restaurant!

  As I walked in I was immediately greeted by not just one staff member but 2 Qdoba members named Connor and Robert in a polite manner. I was given recommendations since it was my first time which helped me a lot. And even got to try samples! Truly one of the best experiences I had. Would come again soon.

  I knew I should've ordered Papa Johns! Do not place an online order here. You will wait an eternity. Waited a half hour for my bowl while the dine in orders were taken before any of the to go orders. The lady in front of me waited an hour for her order. They are very slow. I literally had to walk up to the counter and ask for a refund in order to get my bowl made. Very dysfunctional and not sure who is in charge. I had high hopes for somewhere other than Chipotle.
