  I ordered 2 pans of chicken Alfredo pasta and the cookie dessert. The pasta was watery with hardly any sauce at all and pretty much tasteless. They forgot my breadsticks. When I called I told them just to credit my account for future orders and the manager insisted they deliver them to me instead. Which was nice but the pasta was cold by the time I got they got there. Only 1 order was given to me but I was not about to call again. The employees were nice enough but the quality is seriously disappointing. It was a waste of $36.

  I was staying in a hotel near by and ordered for carry out and had someone pick up. My order was missing sauce and breadsticks. I asked for light sauce and got a lot on my pizza. Naturally I was upset. HOWEVER, I spoke with Kaitlyn and she was very accommodating, handled me very respectfully. Everyone makes mistakes but how they handle them makes all the difference 💯. I would 💯 order there if in town again just from the respect Kaitlyn extended fixing the situation. Im very thankful for the interaction 💓 with Kaitlyn. If you order and something isnt correct, the kindness i received to fix it would definitely make me return even with errors on my meal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

  Placed a order for a personal pan, a pasta dish w bread sticks(they don't come with sauce so I ordered extra) and a order of mozzarella sticks. I ordered extra sauce and a ranch sauce..delivery was great I even left a $10 tip on a $32 order, well jokes on me no sauce not even the ones I paid exta for the pizza hardly had any on it, once again this is why I order and pay exta for sauce. I made a phone call to the store to inform them I did not receive it, employee did not put me on hold and stated their is a complaint and the guy in the background said oh well and then started to talk to me about the problem and said he will get my sauces to me as soon as possible, 👍 then a hour later I call again (food is disgusting at this point) put on hold for 5 minutes then was hung up on from the assistant manager so I called back just to be put on hold again for another 5 minutes ( I have screen shots of the call times) was told I can only give you credit for the missing sauce and nothing I can do about your meal, so I ended up with $38 worth of food setting in my trash. This location on Navarre Ave. has really went downhill.

  INEDIBLE. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza, not only did the stuffed cheese taste like petroleum factory by products but the DOUGH!!!! The dough was like trying to chew through card board. Paper thin and rock hard, seemed like they used maybe 1 table spoof of sauce and skimped so bad on toppings (pineapple and onion) that I believe there was only 3 total onion pieces and 3 total pineapple cubes. At this price point there’s so many other superior pizzas out there. This was simply worse that a frozen supermarket pizza.

  Worst pizza ..I'm very upset..35 $ down the toilet..🫤🫤🫤.pizza was hard ..and saugy..waste of money 🤔 please save your family from this garbage..👀
