  Sit there for a half hour for food. Paid at the kiosk did not get a receipt. Turn get wrong food Never will stop there again

  My child ordered an Oreo shamrock McFlurry and when we got home and she opened it someone had stuck their finger in the middle and the girl at the delivery window didn't even know my whole order. Gave me out shakes and when I didn't leave opened the window and said ..Do you have food too??? Really??? If you looked at my whole order you would of seen yes I had food too. I worked fast food my whole life and it just seems to be getting worse in some areas of service.

  Not only were they packed to the brim of customers. But they were so disrespectful. As soon as I got in there to grab my order they had part of it on the counter, right? Well i waited for the rest of it to be done and then the girl came up to the counter, stared me dead in my eyes and screamed "I HAVE AN ORDER FOR ____!". With the worst attitude I have ever heard. I said that me and grabbed my food but then when I tried to tell her I was missing a bunch of stuff she just walked off. Who screams out someone's order when it's not even done? So I continued waiting and waiting thinking they were finishing it but then all the workers started side eyeing me and giving me judgemental looks. Then she came back like 20 minutes later and said Do I need something. .. Excuse me? So I got an attitude with her and said um yeah actually. Im missing OVER HALF of my food! That was 6 mcchickens and 5 fries. They never even brought out. How do you miss THAT MUCH?? I wish I caught the girls name because she was so rude. She was about 40 something it looked like or 50 and had a long brownish ponytail and glasses. About 5,1. Anyway they went back and made my food and as I went to grab the bag I asked if they had the fried too and she got an attitude again and said "Yeah. They're in there." As if it was my fault they forgot to make the food. If I see her again I will definitely be reporting her.
