Nothing was said, no explanation given—just quiet, obvious behavior that made it clear I was being watched and treated differently. As a Black customer, that kind of treatment feels like racial profiling. I did nothing wrong, yet I was made to feel suspected the moment I walked in. That’s unacceptable in 2025—or any year. This isn’t customer service; it’s bias. If this is typical behavior at this location, management needs to address it immediately. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect, not silent assumptions. Do better.

This employee has told my husband that they don’t have such a thing even though he’s been getting it before. I’ve called the store and asked them to make sure their employees know about it because it’s unacceptable that they aren’t being trained and shown properly. Then my husband comes back through the drive thru today and that same employee who told him that they didn’t have it, told him no to the discount. Not that they didn’t have it but just no. That he would not give it to my husband. Then my husband asked for a manager but at this point it was just disrespectful on the employees part. And the employee told him no to a manager as well. He has to go to work so he left but we will NEVER be returning to a dunkin any time soon and this will be posted about online because it’s outrageous that he’s out there saving and helping people and the employees are too stubborn to do something as simple as a 10% discount.
