We've been waiting for a half an hour with no updates, no communication and the staff is avoiding the pick up counter. There are other people who have been waiting even longer than us. If the kitchen is that behind the online times should reflect that. At the very least someone should be communicating long wait times to customers upon arrival.

Totally incorrect online order 3. Missing food on at least 3 or 4 occasions 4. Finally my favorite put an order in late one night to find out the kitchen was closed. No warnings online that this order would be for the next day, go to pick up the food and you guessed it no food. Oh and the restaurant charged us for the order My son loves this place but after tonight of yet again missing food we will NEVER order there again. And yes I've talked to a manager and nothing has been offered to make it right. Tonight's food found in the warmer well at least they made it (this is where I'd place an eyeroll emoji) I actially had to ask to have them make it fresh since I couldn't go back for a half hour. Seriously get your crap together UPDATE.... Got the tenders that were missing no sauce 🤣🤣🤣

Also saw dine in customers waiting 10 mins with no greeter, and door dashers moving to the front of the take out line like their order means more than anyone else... Not impressed, and it's going to take a lot for us to order from this location again.
