Got there 5 mins early and food was not ready, no one at the counter, occasionally one lady would come out and say she was the only one back there. I waited 30 minutes for my food, came out cold. I talked to the manager and the response from the I got was “where working on things back there”. Just ridiculous a 30 min wait for something that was pre ordered and was that was supposed to be done and ready to pick up. Tons of people coming in the door all lined up practically shoulder to shoulder with others with still no one at the counter.
