Lately, Maddi has been the one to take my order in the morning and she always has a smile on her face and is always willing to help. She genuinely loves her job and loves to be helpful and she is very patient. Maddi is 100% an asset to this location and we need more of her :)

My 3 star is becue the lids on the hot coco do not stay on at all and it can cause someone to be burned . I also get so damn frustrated when I see these workers busting their ass to get our order taken and pushed through and its freezing out here youd think they wpuld have more then two employees carhart styled jackets since there re atlest 6 employees outside. The company needs to step their game up take some tips from chik fa la. They keep the workers in warm gear. When I see the workers in warmer jackets provided by the company because the ones they have aren't cutting it and these are young kids, I will edit my review to 5 star. I come through atleat twice a day.

- JPJohn PlemmonsNov 5, 20251.0Staff was good place was busy so i dont hold wait time against them. Order was made wrong had to turn around and get new drink also not huge deal mistakes happen. The cold brew on the other hand was very weak and sour. I have tp question myself if what i was drinking was actually cold brew as it tasted like weak sour water coffee. Was very confused as people say the coffee is better than starbucks and other places. I would of rather drank a cup of gas station coffee than what i was given. Ima try it again incase it was a bad batch if it was then i will change my review but right now this aint it
