Skip this place on Saturday. If you're told there's a wait, just walk out the door. Came with a party of 5 plus a toddler at 5:40, was told there would be a 20 min wait. Fine, except we waited 50 minutes, should have cut our losses then. Sat down, immediately they put someone else's order on our table. Thank goodness bc it was the only food we were able to eat. Ordered soon after sitting down, margaritas came quickly, but by 7:40 we still had not gotten our food. They even had the nerve to give us the check before getting our meal. Finally had to leave and still had to wait an additional half hour before we could take our meal to go. Also, got my build your own bowl order wrong--missing toppings and part of my base.

Food was very good, ambiance is a typical Tex-Mex amd service is efficient. So you get what you expect which is good quality food. The only thing thats lacking is dessert

Similar to the Mentor location (which has recently improved), Condado continues to mess up orders. It is now to the point where I cannot remember the last time an order from Pinecrest was completely correct. This time, the proteins/toppings were completely mixed across the bowls. Order correctness continues to be a severe issue at this location. It is a shame as Condado, when correct, is one of my go-to establishments.

Condados is the most incompetent restaurant I've ever seen. I waited 90 minutes for a delivery order I had already paid for only for them to tell me they didn't have my order. There was no explanation and no offer of a refund. Do NOT order from here if you would actually like to receive your food. Go to Barrio instead. The food is better and the wait time is shorter.

Stoped at Condados, for tacos today it was my first time in one and I was very impressed by the whole experience. I tried two different taco the Chicken Bacon ranch and the ooie gooey taco. Which came highly recommended by are awesome waitress Deidra , would definitely recommend to be seated in her area if you stop there. Friendly professional and fun. Thank you
