Beautiful scenery definitely a great vibe! Food was OK, came out warm but based on my servers attitude I could only assume it was ready and she just didn’t bring it out. Portions weren’t fitting for the price (salmon & potatoe puree). I really gave it two stars because of our server. As a first timer I inquired on a couple of different options and she didn’t really seem interested in having conversation nor any details on the options. She was terrible to say the least. Never inquired on if we liked our food, didn’t bother moving plates out of the way when we were finished. Asked her for the bill and waited atleast 20 minutes as we watched her go to the same table a plethora of times, move dishes to other tables and serve the only other two tables she had. I had to ask the host to bring our bill and she ended up taking our dishes that we were finished with since the server walked past atleast five times and never did. Even after the host brought it to her attention she was very nonchalant. We told her we wanted separate checks and she still placed it on one (which took atleast another five minutes for whatever reason) then quickly tried to walk away. She didn’t inquire on how the food was or ask any questions let alone be nice how servers normally are but I observed her going to another table and being extremely friendly with the other girls. Everyone else was nice but the server made us feel unwelcome and she certainly had a “I don’t care if they come back or not” attitude. I was so excited to try this place because ive heard a lot of great things but dealing with her left a bad taste in both my friend & I mouth’s and we probably will not be returning.
Easter Sunday is the one day of the year where a high-caliber kitchen and wait staff must be firing on all cylinders. When you consider the premium price point at RH, the expectation is a seamless, well-run unit. Unfortunately, for Easter 2026, the experience was anything but.
The primary issue was a complete breakdown in timing and service:
Significant Delay: It took over an hour from the time we ordered for any food to be served.
Lack of Coordination: Our meals didn't arrive until we were forced to ask the host to intervene and check on the kitchen.
Staggered Delivery: Even after the intervention, only two of our three meals were delivered. The third arrived seven minutes later, making a synchronized holiday meal impossible.
For these prices, one expects excellence
and professional pacing, not a chaotic service that requires the host to track down missing entrees. The aesthetic is beautiful, but the execution on this occasion was a major letdown.
The waitress excelled at ensuring we were attended too. The kitchen appeared to be the bottleneck with runners not available or in existence.

Very pretty restaurant but the staff could learn how to say hello to people and not just stare. It’s normal to greet customers and not look at them like they are crazy for showing up. Also the kitchen “ran out of chicken” and took 30 minutes to make more chicken. They did offer us appetizers for free to make up for it but it was weird. Very overpriced. For these prices I’d expect very high quality service

I visited RH Rooftop Restaurant for brunch for the first time, and while the space is undeniably beautiful and upscale, the service was unacceptable for a restaurant at this price point.
We were initially seated on time but immediately asked to move due to a mistake. Although the manager apologized and offered a complimentary appetizer, the service that followed did not reflect any real effort to recover the experience.
We waited nearly an hour for very simple dishes, despite ordering early. What made this worse was watching multiple tables that arrived after us receive their food first, including larger parties. This points to either poor organization or failure to properly place orders.
During the entire wait, our table was largely ignored. No drink refills, no check-ins, and no communication. We had to call the manager ourselves just to get an update. This level of inattentiveness is unacceptable, especially in a restaurant that presents itself as upscale.
When the food finally arrived, it was underwhelming and did not match the high prices. Portions were small and the quality was basic at best.
While the staff eventually apologized and comped the appetizer and desserts, it does not make up for the lack of service, long wait time, and overall disorganization.
This was a disappointing first experience, and unfortunately not one that makes me want to return. A restaurant like this should prioritize consistency, communication, and basic customer service.
Our server Brenda was amazing. The food was phenomenal. We started with one of the bread boards. It had strawberry preserves and a cheese spread that was yummy. I then had the gem salad with grilled chicken. The taste was definitely worth the price. The salad came out so creamy and when I bit into the chicken I kid you not it tasted like a chicken sandwich without the bread!! lol things like that excite me. My daughter had the cheeseburger with fries sold separately and she cleaned the plate! One of the best burgers I’ve had in sampling hers. Well seasoned and flavorful. Fries are not pictured but crisp and flavorful as well. The RH Bellini (peach) was a nice touch. I highly recommend this place. I am a savory person so if you seek great taste this is a place for you.
I do see reviews complaining of pricing but honestly you’re paying for quality and atmosphere. The vibe was quiet and chic. Low noise level. Polite and friendly staff. We left happy, satisfied, and no heavy feelings, just fulfilled. Pricing ranges on what you seek. Minimally it’s about $50-$60 a person. Great restaurant for a nice mid day meal, dinner, or celebration. :)
Enjoy!
