Our server Brenda was amazing. The food was phenomenal. We started with one of the bread boards. It had strawberry preserves and a cheese spread that was yummy. I then had the gem salad with grilled chicken. The taste was definitely worth the price. The salad came out so creamy and when I bit into the chicken I kid you not it tasted like a chicken sandwich without the bread!! lol things like that excite me. My daughter had the cheeseburger with fries sold separately and she cleaned the plate! One of the best burgers I’ve had in sampling hers. Well seasoned and flavorful. Fries are not pictured but crisp and flavorful as well. The RH Bellini (peach) was a nice touch. I highly recommend this place. I am a savory person so if you seek great taste this is a place for you.
I do see reviews complaining of pricing but honestly you’re paying for quality and atmosphere. The vibe was quiet and chic. Low noise level. Polite and friendly staff. We left happy, satisfied, and no heavy feelings, just fulfilled. Pricing ranges on what you seek. Minimally it’s about $50-$60 a person. Great restaurant for a nice mid day meal, dinner, or celebration. :)
Enjoy!
Welp. Wish our first experience was better than it was. Myself, my wife and our child waited for almost an hour for our food to be presented to us. The disappointment lied in the subzero temperatures unfortunately, we weren’t in Antarctica. We were trying to have dinner. Well waiting for dinner, I really hope I don’t have to go to the hospital because of a pneumonia case. The server was awesome and was very apologetic. The back of the house needs to step their game up hard-core.
The manager promised us hot tea, but failed to provide crushing our dreams in our hopes of ever returning to this high-end restaurant, and when we receive the check, they couldn’t even takeoff a simple drink for the derogation that we experienced

The atmosphere and service were fine. Servers were friendly and the building is very nice. The thing is that doesn’t make up for incredibly average food at outrageous prices. I could’ve gone to a local dive bar and gotten better food for a fraction of the price. Given I understand the draw of a nice place, but the food has to match the pricing and atmosphere.
We chose RH Rooftop to celebrate a very special occasion, expecting a high-end dining experience. What we got instead was overpriced garbage with a view.
After placing our order, we waited an hour and a half for our food. During that time, the waitress came by three separate times to tell us the food was “on its way.” Then the hostess checked in. Then the manager. We had to ask about our order five times total before anything finally arrived. That’s not attentive service—that’s damage control.
The excuse? “Our kitchen is understaffed.”
Not our problem. You accepted our reservation. If you can’t handle the volume, don’t book the tables. Period.
When the food finally showed up, it was completely underwhelming. Mediocre at best, and absolutely not worth the price tag. For what this place charges, the food should be exceptional—not something you forget five minutes later.
Between the ridiculous wait, the constant excuses, and the unimpressive food, the entire experience was a letdown. Honestly, you’d be better off going to Bob Evans—same quality food, but at least there you’ll get it in a reasonable amount of time and with better service.
This was supposed to be a celebration. Instead, it was a frustration.
Absolutely horrible.

During our visit to RH Rooftop, the experience was a mix of highs and lows. While we understood the staff was overwhelmed due to Valentine’s Day, the service was still noticeably slow. The atmosphere, however, was beautiful and easily one of the highlights of the evening.
Unfortunately, the food was inconsistent. My girlfriend and I both ordered the fusilli pasta, which we found to be bland and disappointing. On a positive note, the mini lobster rolls were delicious and stood out as the best part of the meal.
What truly left me disappointed was how we were treated toward the end of our visit. My girlfriend and I were briefly taking photos in front of the mirror near the elevator—something many others were doing throughout the lobby. We were polite, considerate of others, and only there for about a minute. Despite this, we were rushed out in a rude manner, which was especially disappointing given the occasion and our respectful behavior.
Overall, I would recommend RH Rooftop for the atmosphere and experience alone. However, I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re expecting service and food quality that reflect the price.
If you want it shorter, sharper, or more emotional, say the word and I’ll dial it in.
